Santi brings over thirty-five years of progressive experience in the delicatessen industry, demonstrating a proven record of operational excellence, business growth, and community trust. He began his career at the age of sixteen, working at Tasty Deli in New York City where he gained extensive, hands-on experience in every aspect of the business. His dedication and leadership enabled him to purchase the same establishment fifteen years later, transforming it into a thriving, community-centered business.
Jossie brings over twenty-five years of experience as a NYCDOE Teacher and Instructional Coach. Her management approach emphasizes operational efficiency, staff development, and ensuring customer loyalty. She contributes significantly to administrative management, staff coordination, and customer engagement, reinforcing the family’s commitment to excellence and hospitality.
This is our second deli, and in both instances, we didn’t just step into a business — we stepped into a legacy. A place where generations worked hard with their hands and poured their hearts into every sandwich, every sauce, every greeting at the counter. Today we are honored to carry that torch forward.
